Hey!  New to the forum and hoping you can help.  I have a dreaded leak in my hot tub.  I was able to stop it for a while with fix a leak, but it has gotten worse.  The water has been draining under the moto massage corner.  I removed the panels, and dig through the foam and appears the leak is down low. All the foam up top is dry... I drained the hot tub,  added food coloring, and within two minutes of filling the tub the food coloring showed up in the corner  Any ideas?  Does it sound like a drain or fill line? Looks like I may have to flip on its side and go from the bottom? Any help would be appreciated!  I am pretty handy but not opposed to calling someone. Hoping someone can help! Thanks

Probably the drain line for the moto-massage jet.  If you look down into the Moto-massage you will notice a hole where the drain line is.  My guess is that on the bottom backside of the moto-massage housing where the drain line connects is where it is leaking from.  If that is the case, it’s best accessible from the bottom when you have the hot tub tipped in its edge.

Could I just plug the drain line from the inside of the tub, and get the water out of the moto massage section some other way when I clean it?  Or is that also a fill line?  Thanks for the help, and I bet you are right about the leak update:  not sure if this confirms, but in my mind it does:) I filled just the moto massage compartment with green food coloring and water.  You could clearly see the water draining out of the box, and within 10 minutes the food colored water showed up in the foam under the moto section.  My guess is there is a crack, because when I opened the line drain green water also came out.  Does this make sense?

So if I plug the odrain in the moto massage and the line that was attached to the drain, then the only issue will be that the moto massage section won’t empty when cleaning?  Is that the only draw back? I am going I try to lift the tub this weekend and see if no can fix it.

Correct.  When you drain the hot tub, the moto-massage jet will not drain.  Really not an issue unless you plan on winterizing the hot tub.  Then you would need to shop vac that water out.

You could repair it so that it is still drains if you really want to.  Once you get to the back of the moto-massage, you will see where the drain line connects to what looks like a barbed nipple.  That nipple is likely cracked or broken.  You can technically drill it out and epoxy in a new, stronger nipple if you would like and then you will retain the same functionality.
