110V Nordic Hot Tub Heating

So we got a Nordic hot tub that we converted to 110V. It wasn't heating to 104F and the highest we could get it was 97F. So we replaced the heater and we replaced the control pad. Still nothing. So we looked at the circuit board today and noticed the Hi Temp sensor wasn't plugged in. Today was the first day we have seen the red heater light on located on the key pad. It has been 6 hours and the temp is still at 93F (same as this morning) I'm frustrated. Anyone have any ideas on why it won't heat up to the set temp of 104F??? We also have the filter cycle set to F6.

I have to ask: you are using a spa cover, correct?

If so, carefully check to see if 110VAC is getting to the heating element. Now, the heating element was also changed to 110V one, correct?

Yes we are using a spa cover. Also yes I ordered a heater that was 110V. Today still at 93F and the heater light has been on.

Tested the Voltage and it's all correct.

So you're getting 110 VAC to the heater element? I'd turn off electricity, disconnect the leads to the heater element, and read ohms resistance across the heater element.

You need to put an amp meter on the heater. If it's getting voltage and not pulling any amps, you have a bad element (yes, new parts can be bad from the get go)
