vander
On my second M7 pcb. Hot tub has new motor, balboa heater, topside control panel, and second m7 pcb has fried. Burnt at the connectors to the heater and relays. Was told first board did this due to not properly torqued bolts to heater straps. Installed second pcb per specs and after running great for 3 weeks same issue on this board. Thoughts? Thanks!
Roger
Make sure the voltage coming to the spa is in spec.
PreservedSwine
Overheating wires, at a specific point, are usually indicative of a poor connection, at that exact point. Whether the bolts were loose, or there may have been something preventing proper contact, there wasn't a good connection there.
