Correct Amp For Circuit Board.

You don't "set" a breaker. The equipment draw will be X amount of amps, in your case 16or 32. You need to ensure you have adequate sized wire, as well as the correct voltage, running to the system. A breaker simply simply provides voltage, and will trip if the equipment draw exceeds that of the breaker (in amps). A breaker doesn't "supply" amperage.

If you have a 200 amp breaker, and a 0.01 amp light, the 200 amp breaker will supply 0.01 amps, because that's what the draw of the equipment demands.

Hope that's clear, and somewhat helpful :)
