It was running fine (for about a week) but last night we noticed on the readout that it went into sleep mode (SL). Going by the manual, we tried to take it out of sleep mode and return it to standard mode (ST). It is supposed to cycle through the three modes, but it will only cycle through sleep mode and shows a second readout SY which is not in the manual. We don't know who to contact or what to do about this. Does anyone know what we can do to correct this problem? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Press temp, then a different button (either light or the other pump button, depending on model) Currently, You're just putting it in/out of standby mode.
