Hot Tub Drained Mysterioulsy. Filled, And No Leak After 24 Hours?

I have a Bengal spa that came with the house. For last 7 weeks, its been fine. Used it Tue evening and all was fine. On Thur, went out to check chemicals and found that the tub was almost empty. the water was below the lowest jet, but there was still a half-foot or so over the bottom of the tub.

Filled the tub yesterday and marked a spot on the inside at the water line. Went out today and the water level has not dropped. Not at all! Enabled power to the spa and ran the jets for 5 minutes. No sign of a leak. Will let sit overnite with heater on and check level tomorrow.

Any ideas?? What could have caused the initial drain?

Update: Let it sit overnite and there was no draining of any sort.

Ran it today and got into it After a few minutes, this hose started to drip (see picture, I'm pointing at it.) What is this hose for? A few minutes later this hose started to flow, and it won't stop. Tried turning off the jets, then back on a few minutes later but it just continues to flow. Put a plug in there for now.

The hose in question is comes down from the top of the spa, and is just hanging there. the second photo shows it capped with a white plug

What do i do? Thanks!

Hey Thanks! I'll look for that check valve and re-attach.

In the second photo, laying on the white floor, there is a thin white tube that ends in a white circular piece. What is that for?

That is also an air intake line for the jets, except someone put an ozone check-valve in it instead of the proper one. I would get at least 2 new check valves for the ones that are broken and inspect the others as well. part # is 70289.
