If they answer the phone, you're probably OK. If they call you back, you're probably OK. If you can't get a hold of them, you're probably not going to be OK. Think of it as buying a car. That runs 24/7 and never turns off. Would you buy from a dealership that can fix it? Or would you buy from a dealership that just handed you a number without first checking it out?
