cstultz
I hate thermospa!!!! I have a hottub that has a broken intake/suction in the footwell of the tub. I have been trying to get new parts for about 3 months. Thermospa has the worst customer service!!! I sent them pictures, spent hours upon hour on hold with them. They finally told me the part, which is a small piece of pvc is $45.00. Does this seem right? Here are the pictures. Do you know of anywhere I can get this or something that will work for less money? ed3553
You can order this online. Just search suction fittings and get the one that measures the size you have. Do not give them $45.

THE SPA GUY
you might run into a problem with ordering a new suction fitting , if before the VGB act is to what i have understood, that they are not available anymore, i have run into this with some our manufacturers , were they can't sell them,

Haven't ordered it yet. Hopefully there are no problems. This would've saved me 3 months and a lot of driving and time!
