arnspa
I recall mention here of a product to add just before draining to help remove sediment build up in the lines. (But my search couldn't find it) Any tips on this? Product names? We have a 1300 gal Master Spa H2X, 3 yrs old, drained twice yearly. Thanks! One is called "Swirl Away". Another (that I use because it's cheaper where I get it) it called "Spa Flush". These are intended to break up and flush out any biofilms that tend to form in the plumbing lines. A good habit is to make sure that all the jets are OPEN and waterfall is "on" when you're not in the spa. This keeps water in the lines moving. I do this and have never gotten ANY gunk out of my lines. Do howewever, make sure to CLOSE the air control valves. Leaving them open can cost you money, as they introduce cold air.
