Pick5716
I have a 2002 Cal Spa hot tub that has a total of three pumps. One pump provides circulation and the other two pumps run the jets. One of the jets pumps does not turn on. When I switch the plugin for the two pumps I know that both pumps are working. When I push the button to start the pump that does not start I hear a click but it does not turn on. The wiring system is a Balboa Instruments and it states a 2200 System Wiring Diagram. All the wires for the pump in question seem attached fine. Does anyone know if it would be a relay or possibly one of the 2 25A fuses located on the circuit board. Thanks for your help in advance. If the pump work in the receptacle for the working pump, it could be a relay or a fuse. i'm not real familiar with this particular system, but they are all very similar for the most part. I would try engaging the pump from the topside and check for voltage to the pump, if no voltage is present you could be looking at the pump relay or the fuse. Hillbilly Hot Tub
Sounds like the relay is clicking, so check the 2 fuses on the board.
