gaz
Hi I have just used my new (2nd hand) d1 tub. The temp out side is between 2 & 6 degrees C today. The tub was heated up to 37degC when i got in but when i put the temp up to 40 it didnt get to that temperature. There are 2x small jets that appear to be pumping out hot water that are on the side of the lounger seat and 1 is pumping fine but the other isnt pumping out at all. Does anyone know if this right hand side jet is for the heater or not and if not what is it for? Thx

Thx I believe the one is your heater the other would be the ozone inlet, call the factory and talk to the service department they can answer that one for you, 1800-345-7727

Thx gaz, The jet with the smaller hole is the ozone jet, it should have a consistant stream of water and bubbles. The larger of the 2 jets is the heater return, it will not have much pressure and should have no bubbles. This is the normal operation for the spa and should not be of concern.
