Hi i have a d1 chairman and found that it's got some fault with the main control panel or something wrong with the board I guess.. whars been happening is the cleaning cycle has been running fine. When I come to turn the temp up a day before I use it the temp display is staying on the most recent temp. Also the buttons fail to work, thus has happened twice now. First time while I was in it turning it down it also locked up on me but eventually allowed me to turn it down before I got out. so today it did the same so I turned power off and back on. The temp went from showing the display to nothing, just ----. So I used the other two control panels to turn the pumps on which then enabled me to used the buttons on the main display however the temp still showed ---- and I couldn't get the light to come on. I didn't try the program button. I could also get it to go into standby. ideas what the problem is? Faulty control panel or something else? any local repairers nearby? Somerset/Dorset area. thsnks

Hi there Thanks for info. It's marked I the footwell where I poured it. It's a d1 chairman2. In the past chlorine has marked the lounger footwell but not as bad, this was due to me putting in too much granules,..

hi all looking at getting a d1 lifter for my d1 chairman, however the d1 dealers are now not in the uk but in europe (arse!), so parts are hard and pricey to get. I'd like to get a lifter for the tub soon but not sure which one to get... So, i see leisure concepts do lifters, are these any good? Thanks

gaz, The jet with the smaller hole is the ozone jet, it should have a consistant stream of water and bubbles. The larger of the 2 jets is the heater return, it will not have much pressure and should have no bubbles. This is the normal operation for the spa and should not be of concern. thanks, top man!

Hi I have just used my new (2nd hand) d1 tub. The temp out side is between 2 & 6 degrees C today. The tub was heated up to 37degC when i got in but when i put the temp up to 40 it didnt get to that temperature. There are 2x small jets that appear to be pumping out hot water that are on the side of the lounger seat and 1 is pumping fine but the other isnt pumping out at all. Does anyone know if this right hand side jet is for the heater or not and if not what is it for? Thx

hi all ive just bought a 2nd hand tub. needs some bits like curved headrests and replacement hoses to the headrests as they have gone stiff. anyone know the easiest and best place to get ho9ld of these curved head rests? does anyone reccomend a general purpose shell cleaner? does anyone know how to get the jets off (easily) so i can clean them? also looking for an ez lifter as it didnt come with one. where is the best place to get hold of a new D1 cover or how to replace the straps easily? apart from that i think its nearly ready to go... thx
