Who Makes A Good Cover Lifter?

We have tried almost every cover lift out there. We are not 100% sold on any of them. Who do you feel makes the best Cover Lift and why?

The best one I've found throughout the years is Covermate's covermate 3 which has pnuematic rods at either side. These have certainly stood the test of time and had much less failure rates than any others I have tried: http://www.spacoverlifts.com/covermate3/cover-mate3.htm

I found that the cover up x cover removal system has been great in our area. They do not rust or bend and don't blow over. they can be mounted to your cabinet or deck, or you can purchase plates to slide under the edge of the cabinet. We usually try to mount them to a deck, less stress on the cabinet panels. They do not work real well with round tubs though, and they need room beside the tub when the cover is going to be let down.

I like the Covermate Ez or the D1 easylift, they don't mount on the panel on the side , the ez lifter mount low, also not having to lift the cover , you actually slide back and it drops,,,,,,no stress on the body and no stress on the tub....
