Hot Tub Overfill

Aloha:

We have had our hot tub purchased from Costco for about a year. It has been working fine until now. We were filling it and forgot to check.

It is overfilled and the spa electronics pump? keeps going on and off and on and off. We turned off the main switch at the circuit breaker and bailed out the water to a

reasonable level. Will it dry out and begin working again or have we ruined it? What to do ? What to Do?

Help!

More than likely you will be fine. Leave the breaker off for the spa. Open the control box and unplug the connections and blow everything off with compressed air. Depending on outside air temp I would leave it for a day or two then turn the breakers back on.

Aloha again:

Mahalo (thank you) for the advice. That is what we did right away. And today it seems to be working. Wonderful.......Thank you for your reassurance on this major glitch.
