greggblair
Hello - I have a Compool cp3600 system and recently I started getting an ERR 1 message on my control center. After doing some research, I ordered a replacement temperature sensor (TS5L with red and green wires) and after installing, I still had the ERR 1 message. I have tried a reset on the control center (inside)and a reset on the power center (outside). Is it possible that the circuit board has a fault? Any help or troubleshooting ideas would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you in advance, Gregg

Pool Clown
Is it possible that the circuit board has a fault? You need to reset the err message. Hit the cancel button 2 or 3 times. The board could have a problem, but i hope not as this board has been discontinued. Your only hope would be someones existing stock. Good Luck
AFiremanFirst
I've seen this. It's your transformer!!! It's not cheap as it comes with the 3 amp breakers as well but an easy replacement task. I went through 3 compool techs before resolving the problem I had! I'm sorry it's been too long for me to quote colors and voltage, but I was dropping a 110v line as it went through my transformer and only had half the voltage I needed on the other side. If you'll get on the phone with them with a meter in hand, they can walk you through it!

greggblair
Thank you all for your suggestions - I really appreciate your time. I am going to give the Cancel button a try and if that doesn't work i will try the Pentair support number. I'll post back if I find a solution. -Gregg
