Compool Cp3600 Help

Hello - I have a Compool cp3600 system and recently I started getting an ERR 1 message on my control center. After doing some research, I ordered a replacement temperature sensor (TS5L with red and green wires) and after installing, I still had the ERR 1 message. I have tried a reset on the control center (inside)and a reset on the power center (outside).

Is it possible that the circuit board has a fault?

Any help or troubleshooting ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thank you in advance,

Gregg

I know lots of the Compool stuff is discontinued. You best bet is to call Pentair Tech Support. Tel: 800-831-7133

I've seen this. It's your transformer!!! It's not cheap as it comes with the 3 amp breakers as well but an easy replacement task. I went through 3 compool techs before resolving the problem I had! I'm sorry it's been too long for me to quote colors and voltage, but I was dropping a 110v line as it went through my transformer and only had half the voltage I needed on the other side. If you'll get on the phone with them with a meter in hand, they can walk you through it!
