Rachel Stacy
I was wondering if the La-Z-Boy limited which was sold exclusively through Costco, is the same quality as the high end La-Z-Boy line (Premier Spa Line) that was not sold through Costco. I have a La-Z-Boy and retail on it was 13,000. I know they are both made by Tatum Manufacturing, I was just wondering if they put better components and better quality into the regular line vs. the limited...... or are they both throw away hot tubs? Here is a link to the exact model I have , would appreciate any comments on it, thanks. http://www.product-reviews.net/2008/01/31/...spa-collection/
Pathfinder
High end & Tatum dont go together. The tubs were cheap with huge mark-ups. It was just kind of smart to get the use of the Laz-y-Boy name.
Dr. Spa
My understanding was that they paid a "licensing fee" to Laz-y-Boy, for every spa sold, in order to use their name. Twas an interesting marketing gimmick. Over the years others have done the same thing.
