Start-up On Nordic Xl

Can anybody help us with the start-up on our new Nordic XL? When we connect the electricity it starts up and goes through priming. Then it seems to go into some type of maintenance mode where the temp is kept at 98 and the jets come on periodically.

For some reason, we can get no response to any button we press on the display pad. For example, the light will not turn on, we can't activate the jets or adjust the temperature. The owner's manual is horrible (e.g. it references pages that don't exist) and our dealer is 50 miles away.

Any advice?

Thanks!

Never had anything like that happen with my Nordic XL. You're right, the manual is almost worthless. Try pressing and holding the light button until "4" shows up on the display. Then press the light button again. If that doesn't work, call the factory (number should be in the manual) and ask someone there. I called them once and got immediate help. Good luck,
