Cloudy625
Hello everyone, I have an Intex 24 x 52 metal-framed above ground swimming pool that came with the model 633 filter pump. I believe it's an 2000 or 2500gph, which was NOT sufficient last summer. I have been looking for stronger pumps and came across the 4000gph Intex, which I believe will be an easy upgrade because it appears all the hoses, fittings, etc. will interchange. My question is will this pump really make a difference and has anyone upgraded to it? On ebay, I think I could get it for around 160-170$. Thanks! sharper4
I have the stock filter that comes with the 18'x4' Easy-Set pool and I think its only rated at 1500 gph. Although it keeps up nicely with the chore I have considered upgrading to a higher model if something goes out on this. If you get it, or others have tested it out, could you be sure to report back your findings?
