When it is turned on it must read 1.5. If it reads other than this call them. They will have you ship it to them, redo the software and they gave me new reagents, tubes, cleaned the lazer eye ect. The old program does not read calcium hardness correctly for one. Other people have been having some other issues with theirs not reading other things correctly also.
