Pc Board Relays

Does anybody know where I can order a relay {Zettler AZ2100 -1A-15DEF 40 AMP 250 VAC} I have searched all over the internet for a retailer. Its for my heater. Had a simple meltdown from a loose connection everthing else on board checks good would like to replace this before sending board out.

Any spa store should be able to get them. Do you need one like these

you have to make sure the coil voltage is 120 volts these two above are
