Pump/heater Shut Off!

I have Goldline controls and Pentair equipment on inground pool and spa. Every thing works fine even with heater....except when I turn on spa and heater after a few minutes they both cut off! Does not happen with just pool/heater running. Just backwashed filter, DE but did not help. Any help will be appreciated.

Assuming no breakers are tripped, one thought is that the spa may be set for a count down timer in the controller which expires and then will shut off the pump and heater with it although if the controller is set for heater cool down, the heater would be turned off first and then the pump. Check the configuration settings in the contoller.

MMM, also along those lines:

See how long it takes for the pump to shut off, time it. Start the pump again and then about 5 min. before (the run time you recorded earlier) pump is supposed to shut off, go to the indoor panel and see if it is in any kind of "Delay" or "cool down". Also see if it shuts off again at the same time.
