Green/blue Light Hotsprings Jetsetter Question

I have a 2 week old Jetsetter and the first week the green/blue lights were always on (outside lights). As of 1 week ago the green comes on and off alot, like 15 seconds in between, never blinking, sometimes its off for 20 minutes. Is this normal? Dealer said its the heater cutting on and off with temp flux. It dident do this the first week and the temp is set at 102 and its always 102/103 when opening the spa. Out side temp are around 60 daytime and 40 night. Just dosent seem right to me.

Any info would be great.

Yeah, it's the heater turning on/off with the temp flux as the dealer said.
