Hello All, my Jandy terminal display " general fault check aquapure " and also shows salt as 25500 PPM , it was 2200 PPM before I got this strange number. I had to go to pool equepment and unscrew two screws to access aquapure board where it shows colorine producing 70% then after a while it displays 172 then 185 then goes back to 70% . the cells seems pretty clean. thanks for any hints

You need to check the tri-sensor (Temperature, salinity and flow).

6.5 Flow/Temp/Salinity Sensor Cleaning

One time per year or as needed. It is rare but scale formations on the Flow/Temp/Salinity Sensor sometimes

occur and will affect the accuracy of the salinity test.

1. Remove Flow/Temp/Salinity Sensor from the threaded PVC Tee or 3-Port Cell by turning

counterclockwise or removing the union nut.

2. Brush with a mildly abrasive green fiber household cleaning pad. Contacts should be clean and bright.

3. Thoroughly rinse the Flow/Temp/Salinity Sensor with clean tap water. Replace and resume normal

operation.

4. Turn power off and back on in order to recalibrate and reset Flow/Temp/Salinity Sensor. Reset

anytime Flow/Temp/Salinity Sensor is unplugged.

Thank you Pool Clown, I located the sensor , it was hiddin facing downward on pvc pipe, I took it out and cleaned the three small silver sensor buds and plugged it back, recycled power but nothing change , still reads "SALT 25500 PPM General Fault, check aquapure " message.

does this mean sensor is gone or there is something else that could be checked?
