Patty
We have a Viking fiberglass pool and we just bought a Dolphin Pool Cleaner and they say it is suppose to climb walls. It will start up the wall, but can't get up the wall. Has anyone else had this problem.
midwestpoolsmichigan
Does your pool have a convenience(safety) ledge? If so, it is much harder for any automatic pool vacuum to reach the top of the wall. Be sure however that your dolphin cleaner is properly setup. There are methods of adjustment in the owners manual that will make the cleaner more buoyant which helps it climb better.

Yes, we have several ledges all around the pool. We are going try using some kind of float to make it lighter to see if that works any better. It cleans the bottom really good. Thanks!
