cassandra8 Posted March 23 Report Share Posted March 23 I just received a new hot tub cover from a reputable company. Upon receiving the top and installing it rocks like a seesaw. I literally have to have all four clips in place tightly to keep it down. Unfortunately, three sides of my spa are inaccessible from which to install the clips. Am I missing something here? Is this the way all new hot tub covers come now? Is there anything that can be done to fix it? I have contacted the company, but they have not responded yet.
