DebFG Posted October 25, 2023 Report Share Posted October 25, 2023 Hi. We have a 2006 Sundance 880 hot tub. We received a CODE 21b error on the top side control panel. Hot tub heats. Waterfall runs auto filter cycles. But, topside control panel buttons don't work. So, no jets. We replaced the top side control panel and motherboard. We had the wiring in the hot tub and the breaker for the hot tub checked/fixed. All worked fine for 3 months. Got the Code 21b again. Electrician connected neutrals at the breaker box when he saw they were disconnected. Yikes. Code 21b went away, all worked fine for a few weeks. Now have Code 21b again.
