Rockman
I have a 3 yr old waterway svl56 frame pump. When the timer turns on the pump sounds like it's jammed and will not start pumping. I removed the small cover over back of pump and can turn the shaft by hand. I can also turn the pump from inside of the skimmer basket. I turn on the switch and turned the back of the pump nut that is on the shaft and it started to pump. Is there an adjustment on the pump to get it to start on it's own or is the pump shot? Saved myself over $200.00.
