Paulieb4872
I just replaced what was supposed to be a defective relay board. The original board was not allowing the heater to shut off when reaching temperature. However..after the replacement..the heater will not work at all and there is no 220 power coming from the new board to the heater. The red LED heater light on the mother board is not lit. I have been told that the most likely culprit is a defective top control board. This board is no longer available ( obsolete ) and the only alternative is to replace it with a complete new pack..consisting of the top controls, mother board, and new light..Anybody gone through this? Any thoughts?
ratchett
If you have the original board and it's in good enough condition, I would say try finding an electronics repair shop to diagnose and replace the failed components (like the relay) - you might be able to get it repaired cheaper than replacing the whole spa pack.
