I would actually take a look at your water chemistry or the person that is installing the the pump seals

Either your chemistry is quite bad and is eating through the surround of the seal or the replacement seal has been installed incorrectly every time. You dont get much better than a hayward pump in the pool industry.

Im not too familiar with the baquacil products but I do believe if used incorrectly they wreak havoc on your equipment. So you may want to change your chems to something more reliable
