Spa N A Box pump replacement help

My husband and I just picked up a used Spa 'N A Box for cheap. The powerpack is pretty much done (previous owner was a tinkerer and who knows what he did). So we're looking to replace that, not necessarily with OEM, if there's anything better out there that would work. And I haven't had much like finding anything OEM, so I figure that's the route we're heading anyway....

We'd be especially interested in if we could get something 220V to work... Turns out we're tinkerers too, and are pretty handy at putting stuff together if that's what it'd take. My husband works on water systems for a living, so he can usually figure out how to make stuff work together alright. We just need to know what are options are for a starting point.

Anyone out there know where we should start?
