Jon A. Posted April 29, 2017 Report Share Posted April 29, 2017 We just moved to Utah and brought our Softub 220 with us ! We set it up and turned it on and worked great for about 4 months and then one we came out and the water was cold. I looked at the control panel and we have full power and when pressing the buttons they all light up and indicate that jets have come on etc.... but the pump does not come on. I have tried different power outlets and that does not change anything. I have yet to pull the powerpack off and gain access to the pump and electronics... most forums have indicated that it is a relay or PBM (which I have no idea what that is).... any suggestions? Jersey Hot Tub Repair Posted April 30, 2017 Report Share Posted April 30, 2017 You definitely have a pump issue. Time to open the control pack and see where the electricity isn't going to.
