Hot springs prodigy jets and heater don't work

I have a Hot springs prodigy hot tub that recently the jets and heater don't work on.  I found the heater relay board had a burned out relay so I replaced the board but still nothing.  The lim light is on, the htr on light is off, the circ pump is running fine. I'm not sure what to check next. Everything else seems to work the control panel displays properly the light turns on and off, when I press the jets or clean button I can hear a click but nothing happens.

It sounds like your issue is likely in that pump. You can verify this with a voltage/multi meter. You should be able to measure 120v going to the jet pump when testing across the black and white wires that supply power to the pump when that pump is supposed to be running. If there is 120v getting sent to the pump and the pump won't come on you'll want to replace that pump.

Would that also cause the heater to not work?
