jmendoza17
My spa has a slow but steady leak that looks like it is coming from one of the split nuts on the Balboa Heater. Does anyone know if this is common? I have read that I need to replace heater, but the unit was working OK before the leak. Looking for suggestions on fix from experts and others. Thank you. brettnolan
You only need to replace the heater gasket most likely. Possibility that the split nut is broken but not super likely. There is no way you need to replace the entire heater for a leak, unless you drilled a hole through the stainless steel.
