michron00
I've had my heater replaced (as well as main control panel) over the past 2 years and my heater recently stopped working after half the spa was drained while the unit was running. I filled it back up, and the heater didn't seem to work. As this is a new heater, there is no reset on the unit. I forced water down the intake from the filter area - and the heater started working again. This morning - the water was probably 115 degrees. The display shows a code I can't recognize - symbols. The control panel shows locked, and the + or - on the temp gauge doesn't change anything. Every other display / button works as designed. Any thoughts on what the jibberish means on the display or how I can get the temp measuring and regulating correctly?
Hot Spring Official
Hi michron00, Glad to hear you were able to diagnose and fix the flow issue related to the heater! Regarding the control panel display, I'd suggest reaching out to a local dealer to assist in diagnosing this issue and replacing any faulty components. www.hotspring.com/find-a-dealer Thanks, Steve ---Hot Spring Spas---
