Yes, for routine maintenance the Tri-X filter (standard on your model) can be cleaned in the dishwasher using no soap and no dry cycle. The frequency necessary will depend on your spa usage, but we recommend performing routine filter maintenance once a month. If the filter is extra dirty or contains mineral and/or oil build-up, it may be necessary to user a filter degreaser, such as Hot Spring FreshWater® Filter Cleaner. Simply soak the filter in the degreaser according to the package directions, then place the filter on a clean surface and spray until clean using a garden hose. More information on filter cleaning can be found in your spa’s owner’s manual, or you can contact us or your local dealer for more information.
