Newbie1004
I need some advice. I just purchased a brand new Contractor Series 738 by Master Spa was delivered July 31 2012. Had it hooked up by a professional electrician. Filled it up using the instruction manual. Immediately there is a leak close by the pump coming from a breathing tube (it bubbles air and leaks) I immediatley placed a bowl under that leak to catch the constant drips. The same day a few hours after initial set up, I noticed water pooling in the bottom of the cabinet inside. Being it was a Sunday the company I purchased it from was closed. Called Monday morning and received a return call back Tuesday. The young man asked for the photos I took, at this point the water is now seeping outside the cabinet onto the concrete pad. 2 weeks have gone by and another gentleman called from the company I purchased from saying they would send someone out. Now here is my dilema.....Do I insist on a brand new spa? Return it and get my money back? or just have them fix this problem (whatever it is) and hope for the best in the future with my lemon? Help me.....
Dr. Spa
First, wait to see what the problem actually is. It's not that unusual for something to simply shake or vibrate lose durring shipping, and just need to be tightened up.
