Sundance Cameo Start Up Problems

I started up my 2002 Cameo after sitting down all summer last week. Everything started up fine until a couple of days ago. Came home from work and temp was set at 80. Raised back up to 100. Same thing next night but could not raise. The down button, invert, mode and cycle do not work. Turned tub off and back on and it switched to economy mode and display inverted. Now stuck there. I tried removing the ribbon cable from the board and reseating. Left tub off all night with no help. I am thinking maybe got wet during cleaning or something. Tried to remove display but no sure how to without distroying. I am guessing the cover comes off somehow. There is no access underneth. I got laid off from work yesterday and do not want to spend to much right now. It also seems to have a small leak but will worry about that if I can get controller working. Any ideas?

I got the controller off. Other than a couple of bugs looked ok. Move some wires around and no change. Sometimes after pressing buttons and than turning tub off and back on the invert and mode change. Is there any kind of reset or default?

Sounds like you are due for a new topside, but call your local Sundance dealer and talk to one of his service techs, you will have to go to him for parts anyway.

I really doubt the main board is the issue, the way to tell is to plug a new topside into the board without installing it first, and see if everything works.

Used spa electronics are extremely rare, and impossible to warranty.
