Benny
Hi, new to this forum. Have a Intelliflo VS+ SVRS pump. Just took over maint of pool from a pool service, got a lot of learning to do. My question is, it appears that the pool service programmed pump to come on certain times of day. I setup a time, 0600-1200 but it also comes on at other times. I ask Pentair helpdesk how to delete a scheduled time and they only told me to 'zero out' the schedule but I don't see where that option is in the manual. Anyone know how to delete or zero out a schedule so I can start all over again? Thanks.

Benny
Thanks for reply. 'Program' is not an option from Menu. There are only six options when you hit Menu: Settings, Speed 1-8, Ext control, Features, Priming, Anti-freeze. None of these options has program under it. It's kind of strange, to set a scheduled start and stop time you have to select 'Speed 1-8' and then select 'Schedule'. Whoever designed this user interface had no computer ergonomic background. Pool Clown
Sorry for some reason i thought you were working an intellitouch controlling your pump. This may help. http://www.pentairpool.com/pool-pro/dealer-resources/training/svrs.htm Set aside 30-40 min to watch this. You may want to start at 19:14 for schedules. Or 21:30 for view/delete schedules.
Benny
Great! Ok, I think I changed it correctly...Ha!...we'll see. Very good video, you'd think the Pentair rep would have pointed me to it. Thank you very much for your help. Can you also point me in right direction to get info on chemicals? I'm using Pooltime website and their products but not sure it's correct. Seems I'm adding lots of shock and Metal Scale Control treatments, but don't mind if they are really necessary. Thanks again!
Pool Clown
Try the Swimming Pool Water Chemistry area of this forum. Someone there can help. Just about anyone there will want all your water test results, so have them ready.
