My Spa Drains To Pool Level When Filter/pump Turns Off

Your check valve, the kinda dingy brown fitting under the spa side return valve has either gotten some debris in it, or has failed (broken). You can try dislodging any debris by turning the handle to spa, so all the water runs through the check valve. If it is broke, i dont think those are serviceable, and need to be replaced. I recommend using a Jandy check valve, as these can be serviced relatively easily.

Thank you so much I will check it when I get home. Do the valves look like they are positioned correctly?

they look pretty good except possibly for the one that has the skimmer turned off. I assume you do this because you're pulling all the water thru the cleaner...? You'll increase circulation and surface cleaning by opening the skimmer, which would have the "off" part of the valve handle at the 12:00 position.
