Will34
Hi, I have a 18 x 36 inground liner pool. The concrete on the plumbing side of the pool has settled quite a bit since it was installed about three years ago. Been noticing major water loss the last month or so about 3/4 - 1" per 24 hours. Anyway, I finally found the issue today (see pic). The skimmer has a crack in it where the plumbing connects to it. I assume this was cause by the major concrete settling that has happened. I know the proper thing to do would be to rip everything out and start over, I can't afford that at this time. Is there something I could use as a temp fix to seal this crack? Thanks for any info! AB Putty or marine grad epoxy its good stuff and will work in water for you application. The best way is mix the two parts and then wet it and mold like clay. Do a couple of thin application instead of one big one.
