I posted a while ago regarding a D1 spa I was looking at, but decided not to buy it. My questions are....... First, how are Diamante hot tubs? I searched here but there is verylittle information regarding them. Also, do the number of pumps and jets make a substantial difference in energy use/ cost? Lastly, I realized that most 7x7 tubs are too big for my space, are there any good 4 seater tubs available? everything I have seen is either 3 or 7+. Thanks again.

if you do not see much about Diamante it might be for a reason...

1) Diamante does not get mentioned much at all on this site as they seem to be more of a regional player. 2) The number of pumps and their size does affect energy use. 3) Most every major spa maker should have a spa between the 7x7 size and a 3-seater size. Check out the websites of some of the better spa makers like Caldera, D1, Hot Spring, Jacuzzi, Marquis and Sundance and I'd expect most everyone has a spa or two in that category.
