Spa Trips Breaker

Hi everybody,

I have a 2000 sundance 850 series spa. Model#optima serial # oop3800-op385033-0400

I just bought a house that has this spa. The previous owners told me that there was a problem with it, but I didnt know what it was untell I turned it on. Everytime I turn on the spa it trips the breaker attached to my house. I looked at the panel and everything appears to look ok but I really dont know what im looking at.

Please Help me!!!!!!!!

do you know how to operate a volt meter? if so we can procede with some advice if not i recomend you support your local service tech. gfci may be wired wrong. heater element might be damaged etc.

Most of the time it's the heater element tripping the breaker, but your best bet is to get ahold of a multimeter and starting recording everything you test
