stephenvegas
In-ground fiberglass spa. After some empty time for re-painting, the jets are noticeably weaker than before. there are 3 jets. the overflow holes above the waterline have the same flow they had before. the filter (cartridge filter) is pretty new, and I just cleaned it. the intake basket and pump strainer basket are clean. no visible debris anywhere. the filter pressure is at the same place it always was. the pump is running normally, by the sound; it is a one-speed pump. when i painted, i taped off all the jets and intakes. any ideas? thanks. SpaWorldOnline
Could actually be a 2 speed pump and the second (high) speed has broken-down. Either that or perhaps the air controls got blocked or sealed by the paint?
