MikeD Posted November 24, 2008 Report Share Posted November 24, 2008 I have a spa with "balboa" controls. The panel window reads "Ec", and i just can't get the temp up. The control panel has 4 buttons..jets/blower/temp/light....Even though i use the temp button to turn the temp all the way to 100, it still has not gotten hot....it used to be hotter....what am i doing wrong Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

To Otis Skywalker: Just so i understand, i need to press the temp button then simultaneously press the light button to get it to "St"...right?.....Does EC hurt the system in any way?
