ChicagoMike Posted July 24, 2008 Report Share Posted July 24, 2008 Montreal, Quebec - June 5, 2008 - Further to an announcement made by MAAX Corporation and Arctic Spas on May 28, 2008, in relation to the potential sale of a significant portion of the assets of MAAX's spa division-- MAAX Spas (Arizona) Inc.-- MAAX today announced that they would not be proceeding with the transaction.
