alanmarks Posted December 23, 2007 Report Share Posted December 23, 2007 We observed several (3 friends and neighbors) have pools built. 2 went with Riverbend and 1 went with PlayMore Pools. It seemed like the experiences of the Riverbend friends was completely dependent on which supervisor was assigned to the job and you don't get a choice. One turned out great and the other had alot "Issues". Our neighbor went with a smaller company named PlayMore Pools. Their pool is absolutely gorgeous and has some really neat features we hadn't seen before. The owner of the company personally supervises the jobs. We called then and their bid was right on price and we went with them too. Painless process and pool is AWESOME. Their stonework is VERY nice. We did have a problem with a salt system part and they were on it immediately. Kept us informed of status and had it replaced the following day. Do you have a salt pool (we do)? We did have other "issues" especially with Riverbend and are trying to avoid them this time. Any other comments are appreciated.
