  1. Call the dealer as this should be in warranty if its a new tub.
  2. Check the fuse for the pump first. It may be a cheaper fix rather than replacing the whole board.
  3. Check and see if there is a fuse for the transformer. May be an open fuse causing your issues.
  4. Does new board have DIP switches? May be a DIP switch setting or a jumper that needs to be set correctly.
  5. I work at a store that sells and services Arctic Spas. In the year I"ve been there, I have replaced one salt cell(defective) and one probe. I dont think you would need to replace the cell 4 times a year. Maybe one every 2 years if your water quality is good and maintained.
  6. It could be in any of the suction lines going to the pumps since the suction holes are submerged. I would take off the door and look at your pump and heater unions before tipping the spa on its side.
  7. Get a clip on multimeter to put on one of the 2 heater wires going to the relay board. Not sure what current should be for a 110V tub, but usually a 230V tub will draw about 18 amps when the heater turns on.
  8. No video posted to look at. Link just goes to youtube.
  9. I'm new to spa/tub repair(under a year) and was wondering if any manufacturers make schematics available for their boards? I repaired TVs for about 20 years, and used schematics frequently to trace voltages or signals on main boards or power supplies.
