you dont need a phoshate remover. they are irrelevent. keep your pool properly chlorinated based on your CYA level and you will not get algea.

If you dont know, please call a qualified, licensed electrician. pump motors aroud water are nothing for a DYI'er to mess with.

Your green pool is from metal. The high chlorine oxidized the iron and or copper in the water and it fell out of solution. Did you use a metal based algecide or have high iron content in the fill water? Is this a liner pool? Whats the color of liner if it is?
