  1. THANKS FOR THE REPLY DAN!!! I got home last night and kept looking at them, messing around and the knob slipped a little. I pulled, it came off, screwed the threaded assembly to the tub, put the knob back on and it works like a charm. My next dilemna is the VersaSage jet on my tub has spit out all of it's bearings. I've tried to get it back together, no luck. My lovely dealer says, sure no problem! only 80bucks for a new one........I'm looking online to try and find one, any ideas on where to buy or who might make that particular jet would be so much help!!! Matt
  2. I have a Caldera Elation, been installed for almost a year. It's has averaged around 25-30.00 month extra in Northwest Arkansas. I turn it way down in the summer, so it should be much less until winter.
  3. I need help!!! I have a 2007 Caldera Elation with the Aquarella Waterfall and the ecsta seat with the neck massage. both of the control/diverter valves have came lose and I cannot get them back inside. The valve counter screws onto the knob, I can put it back in and tighten down enough to get it to not leak when the pumps are running. My issue is that I cannot seem to get the knob to attach back correctly, if you turn either of them on while the pumps are running it sprays water all around. I know these are removable as the book says you can take them off to clean, but gives you no help on putting it back together. I have tried to talk to my dealer, the service techs are always out, they wont call me back. I just want someone to show me how to put it back. Now, they want a 50.00 service fee to come out and look at it. It's more of a principle thing now, it's not that big of a deal and I dont think I should have to pay someone 50.00 for 5mins of work. Does anyone have any idea on how to get these back in place correctly where the valve and knob will function? I know it's just a matter of "how" you put it back. Help!!! Lost and not happy Matt
