I am in. I think this is the only way we can either correct the problems or put this company out of buisness. The sad thing is they problably will file bancrupcy then open under a new name. Is there really any hope.

I too bought a wavetec pool 2 years ago. nothing but trouble. The installer was poor. It was plumbed backwards, when they redug to replumb they tore up my sprinkler system, no they didn't fix it, est. cost to fix. 2 grand, it is still not fixed. Pool began leaking, found major leaking in 2 places, they did fix this. recently the light fell off and the water drained out down to the light level. it was secured by non-stainless steel screws. I had several companies out to fix it, and no one wants to touch this wave tec pool. I called wav tec and they are willing to come out only if I pay 175.00 an hour. now the going pool repair rate here in this part of texas is 55.00 an hour. They told me they weren't in the pool repair buisness. Believe me I could go on.. and on... about the many other problems I have had with this pool. By the way the warrenty for the pool construction is only 6 months. My light is still lying outside of the pool, I fixed the leaking myself with silcone. and had 2 holes in the liner from the rusted screws patched. WAVE TEC SUCKS. IF YOU ARE GOING TO PURCHASE A POOL, I SUGGEST ANYONE BUT WAVETEC. by the way. Sue Wav tec, how, they have in the contract that you must use a mediator. I would love to sue them!!! Any attorneys out there??? how are they getting away with this???
